Care Bear

My 1st 3D cake,

I made it with round cakes on top of each other and carve it to the shape I wanted, the only problem, my cake was so moist that the head started to sink into the body and the poor guy ended up without a neck. :) But tasted delicious.

Elmo

I used a Wilton cake pan for the face on top of a rectangular cake. It was perfect.

Mermaid

This was a lot of cake, one round, one 9 X 13 and 12 cupcakes. I used M&M to cover the tale and chocolate frosting for the hair b/c birthday girl has dark hair but it can be made with yellow or red hair to match.

Sheet cake

This humongous cake was three sheet cakes put together to feed more than 100 people for the Beauty and the Beast cast party. Every member of the production plus their guess were invited, I was so worried we were not going to have enough cake, but it was plenty, and just about everyone wanted seconds, that is a good complement.

Pool party

I made this Beach ball cake for a little boy's pool party. Our signature cake cover with icing and fondant decorations. Each little beach ball on the side of the cake was individually made to coordinate with the one on top.

The Beach Ball was first frosted with icing and then cover with fondant. Totally edible cake.

Treasure chest

the perfect cake for a pirate party, I also did the 3D boat but can't find pictures of it right now.

Dora & Diego

This simple rectangular cake was my 1st attempt at decorating with fondant, I made each body part and clothing separately and then puzzled them together on top of the cake. Not as elaborate as I like my cakes, but the birthday girl loved it and the cake tasted awesome, and that is all that matters.

Farm Animals

This two farm animals were so much fun. The sheap is cover with minature marshmallows to give her the puffy look and I piped the cow with both white and chocolate frosting. Very time comsuming but totaly worth it.

Princess cake

Our signature cake in the shape of a castle for any little princess celebration. I had a lot of fun creating this cake.

No egg chocolate delight

This EGG LESS cake is amazing.... I still have to perfect the delicious butter cream chocolate frosting, it tasted great but it don't give me a smooth enough finish. I made the decorations out of home made fondant. I was pretty impress with the consistency of the cake itself, since it don't have any eggs, I was worry that it was just going to be flat, but it was great and sooooo moist. Over all is a great recipe for anyone with egg allergies or someone looking for a very moist chocolate cake.
