this cake is one 11 x 15 cake for the body and about half of a 9 x 13 to do the neck. The neck and all the details are made out of fondant and I piped the body of the guitar with regular icing. Delicious.

As far as I can remember, I recall standing in my grandmother's kitchen watching her bake and decorate the traditional Puerto Rican cake. Now, years later, I’m hard at work in my own cake designing kitchen. I'm not a profetional baker by no means, I just love entretaing and making my childrens birthday cakes to match perfectly with the theam.
