As far as I can remember, I recall standing in my grandmother's kitchen watching her bake and decorate the traditional Puerto Rican cake. Now, years later, I’m hard at work in my own cake designing kitchen. I'm not a profetional baker by no means, I just love entretaing and making my childrens birthday cakes to match perfectly with the theam. Taste is very important to me, and is an honor to share the traditonal and the no so traditial cakes with you.
